The house
The former sheep fold of approx. 150 years old has been converted into a
romantic cottage for two. It has a lovely cosy living with a comfortable
sitting area around the wood burning stove, a kitchenette with a dining
table. Wooden steps lead you up to the landing with the double bed. The
terrace looks out over the valley, the large field and the amazing
sunsets. Domaine Chabanier (link to domaine chabanier page) is a large
property with 5 houses and a swimming pool on a hill at the end of a
dead-end road in the Corrèze. In 25 hectares of land and forest, meadows
with small streams you will find a wonderful sense of tranquillity.
Accommodation
Ground floor:
Open plan living with sitting area around the
woodstove, dining table, kitchenette, a bathroom with shower cabin, WC
and wash basin. Sunny terrace with picnic table and 2 easy chairs,
umbrella and barbecue.
Upstairs On the landing is the double bed with reading lamps. It has two
windows, one on the side and a skylight.
